Each person gets one Firecracker computer, and that person’s Bots share it

Each of those computers has its own memory. One person cannot reach another person's computer. All of that person's Bots share one computer. A Bot has no access by default. Enterprise adds Enable, Network Controls, and an audit record
Enable Grok Bot is the org-wide switch. Network Controls are admin rules for which sites and services those computers may talk to. Teams without a policy default to allow-all. Self-serve Teams stay on allow-all, with no destination allowlist. Action Recording is a record of what the Bot did, kept for ninety days for the company security team. An admin has to turn Action Recording on. Audit logs are a separate Enterprise record on the dashboard. Docs say a separate Grok Bot spend cap is not available today. Enterprise enablement goes through the Cursor account team.
