Team

Company-owned presentations and Artifacts at bisque.team, with groups, invites and a viewer report.

Company-owned presentations and Artifacts at bisque.team/{org}: a private library only members can open, with groups that decide who sees what, invite links, and a report of who watched.

<!-- unverified: how a company gets its organization created. Creation is done by Bisque, not by any page or API; the contact route is not stated in the sources. -->

Joining

By invite link. An administrator creates an invite for your email address and sends you the link themselves; Bisque emails nothing. Open it and sign in with Google or Microsoft using that same address. The invite accepts only the address it names, and only when the sign-in has verified it.

By company email domain. If your organization allows joining by its email domain, sign in on bisque.team, enter the organization's name (the one in its URL), and you are in. A member an administrator removed cannot rejoin this way; they need to be reinstated or sent a new invite.

Everyone who joins is in the everyone group. An invite can add other groups at the same time.

Publishing to the company

Tell your agent "publish this to the company" or "publish it to acme". The presentation lives at bisque.team/acme/{slug}, only members can open it, and it does not appear on a personal channel. Name a group to narrow it: "publish it to the company, for the engineering group", and only that group's members can open it. A repository that always publishes to one company can say so once, and every publish from it goes there. The asking and the changing work the way they do on present.

For an Artifact, say "share it with the company": every member of the organization can open it. Ask for it to be listed and it appears in the company library as well as at its link.

Admin

Administrators open bisque.team/{org}/admin. Being an administrator means being in the admins group.

PageWhat you do there
MembersThe roster: members, removed members, and invites. Invite someone by email, choosing the groups they join besides everyone; you get a link to send yourself. Remove a member from the company, reinstate one, or revoke a pending invite.
GroupsCreate a group, such as Engineering, and delete one. A group that presentations still grant access to cannot be deleted.
BrandingThe font stack and the background, text, and accent colors on every company page, with a preview.
Billing$19 per seat per month. A seat is every active member, and seat changes adjust the subscription automatically. Set up billing here, and manage it later.
Viewer reportPer presentation: how many unique viewers, how many watched to the end, and for each named member their views, first watched, and last watched. Opened from a presentation in the library.

From an agent

The team skill runs the membership side from your terminal. Install it with npx skills add bisque-cloud/bisque-team-skills and type /team. It uses the same sign-in as present, and every call is refused unless you are an administrator.

Invite sam@acme.com to the team.

Who's on the team, and how many seats are we paying for?

Make Sam an admin.

Remove Dana and tell me what that costs us.

It hands you the invite link to send, reads the roster and the billed seat count, grants or removes the admins group, and confirms before every removal, naming the person and the organization. The last administrator cannot be removed or demoted. It cannot create, delete, or rename an organization, change its email domains, accept an invite for you, or change billing.
