gstack 1.91.65.0 installs skills only for the agents you use
A global Claude install of gstack used to carry every other agent's copy of the skills too, 632 skill files. Now it holds only the agents you installed, about a fourteenth of the size.
Scan size
Claude Code and Cursor-agent scan this skill tree
Claude Code and Cursor-agent both scan that folder, and Cursor-agent freezes above about eleven megabytes of skill files. The trimmed install is well under that. Neither agent has been retested against it yet.
Codex files
Codex and the other agents get every file their skills read
On Codex, Factory, Kiro, OpenCode, Cursor and Copilot, skills reached for files that setup never copied, and those reads failed silently. Review checklists and the question registry were among them. Codex went from ten missing files to one.
Cleanup
Setup moves old agent copies to a backup and keeps any file it didn't make
~/.gstack/backups/host-renders/docs/troubleshooting.mdgetting an agent backSetup moves the other agents' copies into a backup, but only files it can prove it generated. Anything you edited stays put. The troubleshooting guide explains adding an agent back. Windows copy installs have only stubbed tests.
