First session
gstack: your first /office-hours session gets the introduction again
SESSION_TIER=introduction
PRIOR_SESSION_COUNT=0now/office-hours logged each session before reading your builder profile, so a first-time user got the welcome back closing. It now reads the profile first, and your first session gets the introduction.
Design doc
/office-hours prints the whole design doc before you approve it
The approval question used to arrive while the design doc sat in a collapsed tool output. Now /office-hours prints the complete doc in the conversation first, so you see what you are approving.
Symlinked plans
/autoplan runs plans under /tmp and other symlinked folders
/tmp links to /private/tmpinit_mismatchOn macOS, /tmp is a link to private temp. The /autoplan guard compared resolved paths with typed ones, so those plans stopped at the first phase. Now both sides resolve the same way, and the phases run.
Init retry
A failed snapshot init no longer blocks a corrected re-run
init_failed says to re-run the same commandnowOne snapshot init call that errored used to deny the whole /autoplan session, even after a correct call succeeded. Now the latest call counts, and the error message tells you to re-run the same command.
Smaller fixes
Headless reviews, timeline limits and session counts got fixes too

A bad limit on the timeline reader now fails with an example. And skills print how many gstack sessions are active. The changelog has the rest.
