/cso file ceiling lifted
gstack’s /cso now audits repos with tens of thousands of files, and /ios-qa runs on iPads
refused past about 3,100 filesfile list shared a 1 MiB limit
about 50,000 filesfile list has its own 16 MiB limit
/cso refused any repository past about 3,100 files before the audit started. Its file list shared a one megabyte limit with every other private file. Now it gets sixteen of its own, about 50,000 files.
Real repositories

Django and Rails are still refused for their tracked symlinks, and start once those are removed.
Refusals name the limit
When /cso still refuses, the message names the limit and the next step
Three limits remain: the file list, a 64 megabyte cap on tracked source, and tracked symlinks. A refusal now names the one that applied, and the next step. No setting raises them yet.
/ios-qa on iPad
/ios-qa connects to a physical iPad
refused: “not an iPhone”bootstraps like an iPhoneexport GSTACK_IOS_TARGET_UDID=<udid>
/ios-qa used to refuse a paired iPad as not an iPhone. Now it connects the same way. With both plugged in, it stops, lists both devices, and prints the line that picks one.
Tunnel drops keep the session
A dropped USB tunnel no longer restarts the app you are testing
1 relaunchin-app QA state lost mid-flow
0 relaunchesstate kept, same session
When the Xcode 26 tunnel blipped mid-test, the daemon relaunched your app and wiped its QA state. Now it reconnects with the session it holds, and the state survives. A restarted daemon still relaunches once.
Smaller fixes
Fewer silent failures, and the iOS limits written down
An app that can't write its boot token now logs NOT READY, and the daemon names the cause. Large /cso reports keep each list's first entries and count the rest. The /ios-qa docs now list iOS 26 limits, like SwiftUI drag gestures.
Caveats
The iPad and tunnel fixes are untested on real devices

The boot token fix is part of your app's generated bridge, so it arrives when you regenerate it.
