gstack’s /ship stops re-reviewing your whole diff on every pass

gstack 1.91.244.0 to 1.91.273.0 (2026-10-26 to 2026-10-27): /ship's review loop now checks only new commits after pass one and stops at three passes, PR bodies open with the problem and pass a prose lint, /land-and-deploy waits on CI events, the new /design-motion skill exports seamless loops, and a free design lint ships. Changelog: https://github.com/garrytan/gstack/blob/main/CHANGELOG.md Review policy: https://github.com/garrytan/gstack/blob/main/docs/review-policy.md Commits: https://github.com/garrytan/gstack/commits/main

/ship used to review the whole diff on every pass, so one invented advisory meant another full pass. Now later passes check only the new commits, and the loop stops at three.
A /ship PR body now opens with the problem it solves, and says what else the change touches. A new prose lint stops the PR body and changelog entry when they carry autopilot phrases.
/land-and-deploy used to poll CI every four minutes and ask whether to keep waiting. Now one watcher reports each real event, and after an hour it stops and names the checks still pending.
/design-motion is a new skill that rebuilds a finished design and records it frame by frame on a fake clock. It exports an MP4 or a GIF only once the loop is proven seamless.
gstack now ships a free design lint that checks a page for about fifty-five machine-made tells. Some block, some ask for a reason. The design skills start calling it in a later phase.
/investigate now maps what a fix to shared code could break. With no checkpoint saved, /context-restore rebuilds your brief from this project's own transcripts. And /benchmark vets a speedup before reporting it.
Direct mode in the browser now skips your environment's proxy. In a repo with no pregate policy, /ship now warns and drafts a starter. A repo without a version file ships fine. If you ship daily, I would upgrade for the shorter review loop alone.
