Guards
gstack 1.91.98.0 runs your repo's own checks before an agent lane says it's done
gstack now runs your repo's own guards before a lane reports done. A guard runs when a changed file matches, a failure names its fix, and skipping repo commands never passes.
Price
A paid eval gate shows its price before you approve it
GATE_PRICE:nothing runs yetA paid eval gate now shows its price before you approve, and nothing runs until then. A gate with no call plan is flagged unpriced; an override is recorded, never permission to spend.
Regate
A restamped branch learns whether it needs a new gate
REGATE: needed | not-neededBump the version after a passed gate, and gstack says whether to gate again. It proves the change is stamps alone, by your repo's own stamp rule.
Sealed
A push can no longer carry sealed eval output into a public repo
sealed policy see no change. Before a push, gstack checks every commit for transcripts, answer markers and seeds. A match in a public repo refuses the push; in a private one, it warns. Repos without a sealed policy see no change.
Fixes
Three smaller changes
docs/pregate.mdSetup and worked configsLane handoffs now report install and pregate results, model prices are current, and unknown flags fail instead of being ignored. One catch: commit the new policy keys only once every machine runs this release.
