Effort
gstack lets a single Codex review run at the effort you name
/codex review --effort mediumthis request onlycodex_effortunchanged--xhighstill a shortcut/codex now takes an effort flag on any mode, so one review can run at medium or low. Your saved setting stays put, and the extra high flag still works.
Flags
Effort flags count only before your prompt
/codex review --xhigh fix the parsersets effort/codex review fix the parser --xhighsent as text--effort turbo stops before any Codex call and lists the valid levels.Effort flags now count only right after the mode. An extra high flag at the end goes to Codex as part of your request, so put it first. A mistyped level stops before any call.
Autoplan
A reopened /autoplan gate now exports a run that validates
d1b or all.Overriding an /autoplan gate reopens phases, and the next gate reused the first gate's IDs, so the exported run failed validation. Later gates now get their own IDs. You answer the same way.
Upgrade
gstack-upgrade updates a checkout without touching your work
gstack-upgrade --checkcurrent · behindThe new gstack-upgrade command fast-forwards your checkout and reinstalls, without stashing or discarding anything. A dirty or diverged checkout is refused. Check mode only reports whether you are behind.
Capy
On Capy machines, gstack now repairs its own install
