Upgrading gstack now refreshes every host you installed it for, not only Claude Code. A host that fails keeps its previous working install, and setup status lists every install with its version.

OpenAI retires GPT image one on October 23rd. The design binary now uses GPT 5.5, with image generation pinned to GPT image two, so design images keep working. An environment variable overrides it.
