make-pdf no longer hangs exporting an ICNS image to Word

In gstack's make-pdf skill, exporting to Word could hang forever on a Mac icon image in ICNS format. Now that icon is dropped with a warning and the export finishes. Every other image embeds the way it did before.

Remote images

Remote images in a Word export still go through the old image sizer

With --allow-network, html-to-docx still downloads remote images and sizes them with its own bundled image-size
Issue #2753 stays open for this case
A tag the guard misreads fails the conversion instead of hanging it

With the allow network flag, remote images in a Word export still go through the bundled code that looped. That issue stays open. And if the ICNS check misreads a tag, the export fails instead of hanging.

Dependencies

Six vulnerability exceptions are gone from gstack's dependencies

image-size is overridden to 2.0.4, and the hono, @anthropic-ai/sdk and sprintf-js ignores are removed
braces leaves the diagram renderer, with chokidar overridden to 4.0.3
katex (low) waits for a mermaid 11 release that allows katex 0.18

Six vulnerability exceptions in gstack's dependencies are gone, with image size pinned to a fixed version. The diagram renderer drops braces. One low severity katex issue still waits on a new mermaid release.
