Browser Use 0.13.11

Browser Use 0.13.11 brings its browser to Claude
Browser actions and a Bash tool for the Anthropic Python SDK
The new Browser Use release ships toolsets for Claude. Its browser actions and a Bash tool plug into the Anthropic Python SDK, so Claude can drive a real browser through the SDK's own tool runner.
Claude chooses, Browser Use executes

Claude picks each action and Browser Use runs it
Browser Use implements all 31 actions in Anthropic's browser toolset. The browser can be local Chromium, Browser Use Cloud, or one you already run, and Bash runs on the machine running the SDK.
Approvals

JavaScript and file uploads need your approval
By default 27 of the 31 actions are on. Turning on JavaScript or file uploads requires a confirm callback, and each approval covers a single action. Bash sits outside those approvals.
Images from write_file

The agent can write small images to upload
.png .gif .jpg .jpeg .webp
The agent's file tool now takes a small image as base64 and saves the real bytes to disk. A task that has to upload a picture can now finish.
Actor input

Actor input now behaves like the agent's own actions
- +Clicks are measured after the element scrolls into view
- +Dropdowns select by label or value, then verify it
- +Checking a checked box leaves it checked
If you script pages through the Actor API, its clicks, keys and dropdowns now share the agent's own input paths. Offscreen clicks land on the element, and a native dropdown confirms the option it picked.
Fixes

Fixes for secrets, Gemini and Windows
- +Secrets inside nested lists are redacted in saved history
- +Gemini requests keep every system message
- +python -m browser_use runs when Windows blocks the launcher
Saved agent history now redacts secrets nested inside lists. Gemini requests keep every system message, and on Windows you can run Browser Use as a Python module when Smart App Control blocks the launcher.
Waiting on the Anthropic SDK

Toolsets for Claude need an Anthropic SDK release that is not public yet
The toolsets need an Anthropic SDK release that includes its browser tools, and the current public SDK doesn't have them yet. The Toolsets for Claude guide in the Browser Use docs covers setup.
